Blue Cloud Accounting has offered professional services to a substantial, national client base since 2009. Our well qualified staff apply the best practices, deploy the latest technology and use Cloud Accounting as a platform. We also offer specialised tax services and business consulting.
Accreditation
Our Accountants are registered with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA), the South African Institute of Tax Practitioners (SAIT) and SARS as Tax practitioners. The firm is also registered with SAIPA and FASSET as an Accredited Training Centre (ATC) to develop aspiring accountants.
Main Objectives
Our main objective is to assist companies by taking over all their accounting responsibilities, so that they can focus on their core business. Our goals are to provide efficient financial processing with accurate reporting and to ensure compliance to all statutory requirements. We also supply our clients with specific indicators to assist management with financial decision making.
Fixed fees
Our services are charged on a fixed monthly retainer, based on the client’s needs and choice of package. Additional consultations and projects will be quoted separately.
Staff and Quality
All accounting tasks are performed by professional accountants. Tasks, conducted by the trainee accountants, are monitored by managers to ensure quality and consistency. The managers are also responsible for liaison with clients.
Documents
Our online Document Management System offers the client a secure portal to access all their financial records, whether it be statements, company documents or signing off on tax returns.
Communications
Clear Communication is fundamental to our success. Although we rely on the latest software to ensure that we communicate effectively and efficiently, our staff are always available to assist with personal queries and support.
Too close to SARS deadlines
We pride ourselves in meeting professional standards and adherence to strict time limits. We give our clients enough lead time when it comes to SARS deadlines, neither you nor us need that kind of stress in our lives.
